FAQ

How do I get my guide?

Instantly. The moment your payment goes through, a download link appears on the confirmation screen and lands in your inbox. There's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for — most people are reading within a minute of checking out.

What format is it?

A PDF. It opens on a phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader, and it's designed to be readable on a small screen in a dark room — which is, realistically, where a lot of it will get read.

Can I print it?

Yes. Every guide is laid out for standard letter and A4 paper, and the worksheet and tracker pages are made to be printed and written on. Print the whole thing or just the pages you'll actually use.

Which guide should I start with?

Pick the one that matches the night you keep having. If you lie awake with a busy mind, start with The Quiet Mind. If you fall asleep fine but wake at 3 a.m., start with The 3 A.M. Fix. If your schedule is the problem — travel, night shifts, early starts — head to Schedule & Travel. Not sure? Our which guide is right for you page walks you through it. And if more than one sounds like you, the Complete Collection is cheaper than buying three separately.

Do the guides overlap?

A little, by design — each one stands on its own, so you're never told to go buy another guide to understand this one. The core sleep principles appear where they're relevant, but the plans, worksheets, and specifics are different in each.

Can I return a guide or get a refund?

Because the guides are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't accept returns and all sales are final once your download link has been issued. We do refund you if the file won't download or open, if you received the wrong product, or if you were charged twice or in error.

To request one, email getquiethours@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.

Is this medical advice?

No. These are practical, evidence-informed habit guides, not treatment. If you suspect a sleep disorder — sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, restless legs — please talk to a doctor. A guide can help you build better nights; it can't diagnose you.
