Refund policy
Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every Quiet Hours product is a digital download (PDF). Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be sent back, all sales are final once the download link has been issued.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a guide has been delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that your right to withdraw is waived at the moment the download is made available to you.
We do issue refunds in these cases:
- Your file will not download, or will not open
- You received the wrong product
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You were charged in error
How to request a refund
Email getquiethours@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a short description of the problem.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If the issue is a broken or missing file, we will usually just re-send the guide — most problems are solved the same day.
Cancellations
Orders are fulfilled automatically and instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled after checkout. If you believe an order was placed in error, email us within 14 days at the address above.
